Table top plug and play binder ,easy to understand and requires no special training. Allows the operator to bind documents from two sheets to 40mm book thickness and has a capacity to deliver up to 200 books per hour. With professional hot melt gluing and automatic cover clamping the BB1001 will integrate well into any working environment as an attractive entry-level binder.
The Bourg Perfect Binder BB1001 is the industry's solution for commercial perfect binding with table-top convenience. The BB1001 incorporates Bourg book quality via the usage of the high quality scoring option, unique for table-top booklet production. This binder provides high quality document binding from 2 sheets up to 1.5 inches, and lengths varying from 2 inches up to 14.2 inches, with a height from 4 inches up to 12 inches.
The system is easily adjusted with four pre-set positions, and Bourg's unique finger touch clamp closure ensures operator safety. High quality covers with thickness up to 135 lb. enamel are manually inserted.
The BB1001 is an ideal product for convenient, quick turn-around single document production. Book production can exceed 200 books per hour for 81/2" x 11" book sizes, and up to 500 padded documents per hour without booklet cover.
