The Bourg Binder BB3002 is the most efficient perfect binder available in the industry for cut sheet and signatures.

A unique design based on total automation and touch screen controls brings to the BB3002 a great user friendliness. Books up to 60 mm - 2.36” thick are processed immediately.
A set up time reduced to a benchmark figure ensures a productivity of up to 400 cycles/hour.

The 3-cylinder glue tank equipped with a side gluing device and the scoring unit make the BB3002 the ideal binder to produce not only state of the art perfect bound books but also winged books of durable professional quality. No tools required for any of the operator adjustments.

Why use PUR? • Book spine is more flexible, books tend to lay flat better. • Better glue adherence (sheet pull test resistance + 50% typically) • Better application to digitally printed silicone coated sheets. • Will not remelt once set (good for books used in high temperature environments). • Less energy used in the gluing process (good for the environment).
