The BB3001 is the safest, most reliable and fastest production EVA single clamp binder available today. Complete with jogger, milling, notching, double glue roller and scraper, automatic cover clamp, automatic high pile full width suction cover feeder, and automatic book stacker, the BB3001 fulfils all the bookbinding needs of the fast turnaround offset or digital bookbindery.

Quality binding
The BB3001 produces high quality square backed perfect bound books using flat sheets, or signatures from 100 x 100mm up to 320 x 385 mm with almost instantaneous makeready.
Glue Tank features 2 application rollers, one for forcing the glue into the spine, a glue finishing roller as well as a glue leveling scraper, as well as front and back glue cut off scrapers to stop book end glue overspill. Glue warm up, heating and oxidation reduction is optimised via a dual tank heating system. Milling with high power waste extraction allows up to 2,5 mm of spine material to be removed so signatures with up to 4 folds are able to be glued easily.
Adjustments can be done on the fly. The paper clamp opening width is memorized based on the thickness of the book produced. The cover clamp is also self adjusting. For springy signatures a wider opening can be selected (so they can be slid in more easily).
The super heavy duty cover clamp produces ultra square books with most types of cover stock, the back pressure is easlily adjusted. Padding is simple and easy. Changeover from or to bookbinding is almost instantaneous. The binder will automatically adjust the paper clamp traverse speed, optimised for the thickness of the book width and length being glued. For particularly difficult stocks (silicone oiled stock as an example) the auto speed can be overridden to allow for a even more aggressive spine notching and for special glues to penetrate deeper into the spine.
LCD User Interface: This function allows you to program the BB3001 for the following options: glue length control, cover position, and dust bag full. It also gives you milling selection, reduced carriage speed and glue over temperature.
The BB3001 comes as standard with a unique soft book ejection ramp, and high capacity book cooling vertical stacker, sothe operator can work continuously without needing to unload
