Bourg 20 Station Suction Tower-Next Generation Booklet Maker
The brand new BSTE collator is designed to meet the needs of both offset and digital printers who want to differentiate themselves by producing saddle-stitched booklets.
Speed, flexibility, usability and robustness are part of its integral design and as well as offering the possibility of assembling and use of a multi-feeder, it can also accept sizes up to 370x600mm flat.
Each tower is independent and consist of 10 stations and up to 6 can be driven by a single control panel (up to 60 bins). Each station is autonomous and can feed multiple sheets for a same set.
The combination of paper format and number of variable sheets that can be loaded, the BSTE is the most unique collator currently on the market.

With this stitching, folding and trimming unit, handling new types of applications is now possible. This module can be connected to the CP Bourg BST-d or BST-e providing commercial print professionals with a highly productive, reliable and effective on-line solution. It can function with or without the trimmer, which can be removed from the equipment line-up.
