The DeLuxe Stitcher DB45 is the latest addition to the Company's line of Muller Martini* Replacement Heads. With its 45 mm Centre to Centre distance, this slim line Stitcher Head can be a great addition to any bindery. The DB45 is perfect for two, three or four-up work, when closeness counts.

The DB45 has a stitching capacity from two sheets to 3 mm, a crown size of 10 mm and a built-in Paper Centreing Guide. The DB45 accommodates round wire sizes 25 through 28.

Model DB75

In accordance with the long tradition of DeLuxe Stitcher innovative manufacturing, the DB75 Stitcher Head was developed as a very reliable and versatile replacement Head for almost every model of Muller Martini*, Osako* and Purlux* saddle-stitching machine. With its heavy-duty construction, the DB75 Head will provide thousands of hours of trouble-free operation.

The DB75 boasts a capacity from two sheets to 5 mm, a crown size of 14 mm, a 75 mm Centre to Centre distance and comes standard with Carbide Cutters. The DB75 accommodates wire sizes 22 through 28 round as well as 21x25 and 20x24 flat.

Model DB75V
