The M2 This industrial stitcher is ideal for print shops and binderies requiring rapid output of production. The M2 is especially suited for flat and saddle work ranging in thickness from 2 pages to 5/16".

The M7 Redesigned for the 21st century, the M7 Stitcher is the most versatile of all single-head machines. It is world renown for its ability to reliably stitch any thickness, from 2 sheets to 7/8" of stock, making this stitcher ideal for any bindery house.

The M17 Pamphlets, checkbooks and ticket books are quickly and neatly stitched, using the M17 Multiple-Head Stitcher. A single adjustment sets the compression and wire draw on all of the heads simultaneously. The M17 accommodates ten 26D Heads or eight G8 Heads.

The M19 The M19 is the perfect stitcher for thick work; including business forms, ticket booklets and special applications. This stitcher can accommodate eight different wire sizes without the change of parts.

The M30

The M27
The newly designed M27 can accommodate up to four stitcher heads; either the conventional 18D or the new G20 Side-Feed Heads. The M27 is the highest capacity multiple-head stitcher in the world.

The SM The StitchMaster is quiet, fast, dependable and inexpensive - ideally suited for small print shops. It is designed to be clamped to any work table or to a floor stand, available separately. Two StitchMasters can be connected to form a two-headed machine.

The IMS This table-top version of our StitchMaster utilizes a smaller work area. With a capacity from 2 sheets to 1/4", the MiniStitcher is ideal for many versatile applications.

The DeLuxe Stitcher DB45 is the latest addition to the Company’s line of Muller Martini* Replacement Heads. With its 45 mm Centre to Centre distance, this slim line Stitcher Head can be a great addition to any bindery. The DB45 is perfect for two, three or four-up work, when closeness counts.
The DB45 has a stitching capacity from two sheets to 3 mm, a crown size of 10 mm and a built-in Paper Centreing Guide. The DB45 accommodates round wire sizes 25 through 28.

In accordance with the long tradition of DeLuxe Stitcher innovative manufacturing, the DB75 Stitcher Head was developed as a very reliable and versatile replacement Head for almost every model of Muller Martini*, Osako* and Purlux* saddle-stitching machine. With its heavy-duty construction, the DB75 Head will provide thousands of hours of trouble-free operation.
The DB75 boasts a capacity from two sheets to 5 mm, a crown size of 14 mm, a 75 mm Centre to Centre distance and comes standard with Carbide Cutters. The DB75 accommodates wire sizes 22 through 28 round as well as 21x25 and 20x24 flat.

With such features as a Supporter to help maintain a straight crown as well as a heavy-duty Wire Holder Retaining Spring, a Carbide Clincher Slide, a Hook Guide and even a reversible Driver, the DB75V is truly the right Head for the high volume user.
The DB75V boasts a capacity from two sheets to 6 mm, a crown size of 14 mm, a 75 mm Centre to Centre distance and comes standard with Carbide Cutters and a Supporter Assembly for thicker applications. The DB75V accommodates wire sizes 22 through 28 round as well as 21x25 and 20x24 flat.
